I used to have a pillow like this for my last pregnancy, but I gave it to my mom so I needed to order a new one for this pregnancy. Well this pillow is just terrible compared to the other one I had. Look at the seam of the pillow case where your head would go. It is pulled so tight in that curve that it cuts into my neck and shoulder. The fabric is also not as smooth as my other pillow and is actually quit rough. Also this pillow is over stuffed and has no give. My head is too elevated so I can't get comfortable. The last pillow I had was filled with down or fake down and was super comfy and the pillow case was smooth to the touch. If I figure out which pillow I had before I will post it, and buy that one instead!
Also this pillow is not long enough. If you want to have it between your legs then you have to be in the fetal position. I like to stretch out a bit and still have the between my legs to align my hips.

I found the other pillow I bought a few years ago. Get this one instead!

Got this to try to make myself more comfortable after a major hip surgery and it was amazing! I've had other hip surgeries and one of the hardest parts of recovery is being forced to stay in one position in bed for weeks, this pillow made it possible to move and get comfortable in many ways and allowed me to get partially on my side long before I could have rolled over without it. I was also able to tote it around on crutches and it made the couch and my recliner way more comfortable. We took it on a roadtrip and everyone appreciated it in the car. After destroying it for 2 years, it's pretty much shot but still some of the best 60 bucks I ever spent!

I started using this pillow because regular pillows were beginning to give me massive back and neck pain and I wasn't able to find a comfortable position to sleep in much longer. During my 6th month, I purchased this pillow and I couldn't have made a better decision. This pillow has been a life saver and my back and neck pain are now gone. The pillow is soft yet sturdy and super comfortable. By sturdy, I mean that the pillow has retained its original plushyness (if that's a word), softness, and hasn't lost its shape. I have slept so much better since purchasing this pillow and my only regret is that I did not buy it earlier in my pregnancy. One of the best things I love about this pillow is the fact that I can turn from one side to the other and still have the same level of comfort on both sides. My back and growing belly stay comfortable and supported whether I am sleeping on my left or right side. I am now 33 weeks pregnant and still sleeping comfortably.
